2018- The Revolution is Here

Found this 2013 email in my sent folder and felt the need to share with a few more thousand people. Its a rant if you say so but hopefully there's some commonsense to share.
Get ready for the revolution, it will hit you whether you're ready or not! Cheers to a successful 2018.

...Sexy breasts and nipples seem more valuable than brains and principles, these days.

More Nigerians on DSTV watched Big Brother Africa than News. And that's how we got here

That's why you pay for VVIP to a D'Banj (and other entertainment) show but think that a course or book is too expensive

She wants a sound and responsible guy, she's fine, has a wardrobe of designer clothes, but no library or a book of her own

And then, we stumbled upon CNN while searching for MTV, and I ask her if she knows what's happening in Syria, and she asked me, "do you mean cereal"?

I asked my younger brother the last time he read a book, and he said "before the ASUU strike".

And that explains what's happening...

No matter what you have, you are what you value more.
Poor People going NOWHERE value entertainment, people growing RICH value EDUCATION.

NB: Education is not merely about going to school

America is the entertainment capital of the world, with trillions of dollars in debt. China is the industrial capital of the world with the fastest growing economy. America or China, which is the model?

We can get it right: i believe ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD and wisdom

NB: Wisdom is primarily residual in books. Seek knowledge, Use it!
Trust me, there's a huge potential here (Nigeria), even in a growing country of 170+ million people managed by mediocre and leaders of nuisance value, if ONLY you and your team can stand out, we can go further ahead, we can build minds, businesses, people and brands.

Empty your pocket in your brain and future

The revolution is here. Ride on it before it rides on you!
